2026 Pitch Day Finalists: Early Progress and Exciting Milestones

Sharing news and exciting progress updates from a few of the 2026 Pitch Day finalists.

It’s great to see the progress they’ve been making since being selected for the competition pitchday.

Lambda Energy (UK)

Dr Monica Saavedra, CEO of UK AgriTech startup Lambda Energy, has shared the exciting news that Lambda has earned a place in SHAKE Climate Change’s growing portfolio of early-stage ventures tackling climate challenges in agriculture.

Led by Rothamsted Research, SHAKE focuses on identifying and accelerating breakthrough innovations with the potential to transform food systems. Lambda Agri is a strong example of this mission in action— a science-led startup developing a scalable solution to improve crop yields while reducing environmental impact

Phyll (US)

Since the competition pitchday Phyll’s founder, Ethan Berg, has been selected for Cohort 16 of the Lloyds’s Lab Accelerator based in London, the top insurtech program globally.

Kisui (Japan)

This has already been a busy year for founder Tamir Blum and the team at Kisui (輝翠), with plenty of interest in Adam, their modular, all-electric autonomous off-road robot designed for orchard and vineyard operations.

Between January and March, Kisui supplied seven Adam off-road robots to customers. Over the next couple of months, they plan to deliver five additional units, including new grass-cutting attachments. With new orders already placed, Kisui is now preparing to begin manufacturing a second batch of Adams.

There’s plenty more to come, and we’ll be sharing additional updates from other finalists soon...
